I would normally say I can't see that ruling being upheld or happening again, but I'm losing a lot of hope for that. It all stems from an obscene push to protect the very small percentage of people falsely accused of rape as opposed to protecting the very large percentage of people who don't accuse their rapist for a variety of social and legal reasons. Utilitarianism isn't always the way to go, but come the fuck on.
