I assume London is in a different country. I know of two Londons, the one in Canada and the one in Great Britain, and as I believe that Metalman was from Scotland (eh) then it would be going to a different country thus customs.

It's not really as Istanbul became Turkish following a brutal Ottoman assault and Scotland joined UK through a mutual agreement.
However, Scotland does get to elect MPs who legislate on policies affecting England but not Scotland, so that's pretty cool!
